退案修改路徑
校務系統–>教資中心–>TA管理系統–>TA時數需求申請–>查詢待辦案件–>簽辦(右邊)
*對於一門課多位老師申請TA之填寫修正優先序為請老師先刪除再做修正資料才會完整保存。
Path to Modify Rejected Applications
- Navigation Path: Academic Information System → Center for Teaching and Learning → TA Management System → TA Hours Requirement Application → Search Pending Tasks → Process (on the right)
- Note on Data Correction Priority: For courses with multiple instructors applying for TAs, please delete the existing record first before making corrections to ensure all data is saved completely.
五、核定完時數分配結案作業
5:Completion Procedures for Final Hours Distribution

核定作業完成後,案件將回到申請人端,請老師做確認TA時數填寫,上圖“確認Ta時數”欄位應填入核定總時數(左上角),主課老師代表填寫配課老師之時數分配後得以結案。
簽辦流程:申請人–>單位主管–>業務單位承辦–>業務單位承辦主管–>申請人–>(確認時數)結案
Upon completion of the approval process, the case will return to the applicant, and instructors are required to confirm the TA hours by entering the “Total Approved Hours” displayed in the top-left corner into the “Confirm TA Hours” field, noting that the primary instructor must complete the hour allocation for all co-instructors before the case can be officially closed.

六、核定時數問題重送案之作業
6:Procedures for Resubmitting Approved Hour Cases
核定時數有異議之申請者,可在簽辦選“退回”寫上原因進入第二次之核定作業。

簽辦流程:申請人–>單位主管–>業務單位承辦–>業務單位承辦主管–>申請人–>業務單位承辦–>業務單位承辦主管–>申請人–>(確認時數)結案
Applicants who have objections to the approved hours may select “Return” in the processing menu and state the reason to initiate a second round of the approval process.

TA Management System Guide – Student’s Version
步驟一:進入填TA時數頁面
登入學生資訊系統→點選首頁的工讀/助理獎金申請案→選擇需要填報時數的課程
Step1: Accessing the TA hour page
Log in to the Student Information System→Click on the work-study/teacher assistant application on the title page→Select the course for which you want to fill in the number of hours
步驟二:完成TA加保申請(請於下午2點前完成當日工時預填及刪除)
填日期及簽到與簽退時間→點選儲存→再按確定
Step2: Complete the application for additional insurance before TA (Please complete the pre-filling and deletion of the working hours of the day before 2 p.m.)
Fill in the date, check-in and check-out time→Click on the save→Press to confirm
TA結束後(After the End of TA)
步驟三:完成TA時數送案
登錄當日工作內容及地點→勾選送案→點選儲存
Step 3: Complete the TA Hours Submission
Log in to the work record and place of the day→Tick the send case→Click on the save
Note:
1.TA 時數預填提醒
請遵守「連續工作4小時,至少應有30分鐘之休息;且不可連續工作逾6天」之規定。
Please comply with labor regulations:
- Rest breaks:After 4 consecutive hours of work,you must take at least a 30-minutes rest period.
- Weekly limit:Continuous work must not exceed 6 days without a day off.
2.TA 工作內容紀錄 TA Work Record Description
TA不是普通的工讀,課程的助教(兼任助理)有分教學型助理(TA)跟研究型助理(RA)主要範圍含,協助教授準備課程材料和講義。 負責批改作業和考試。 提供學生輔導,解答問題, 組織和主持討論或實驗室活動等。
開機、買便當、文書處理、準備麥克風等爲一般工讀生的工作,協助教師統整資料,準備實驗室器材也需要具體寫出。
請同學注意工作內容撰寫不要太簡易,避免發生退案狀態。
A TA (Teaching Assistant) is not a regular part-time job. Course assistants (part-time assistants) are divided into Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Research Assistants (RAs). The main responsibilities include:
Assisting professors in preparing course materials and handouts.
Grading assignments and exams.
Providing student tutoring and answering questions.
Organizing and leading discussions or lab activities.
Tasks such as set up computers, buying meals, administrative paperwork, or preparing microphones are considered general part-time student worker duties. If assisting professors with data organization or preparing lab equipment, please specify the details in the record.
Please ensure that work descriptions are written in sufficient detail to avoid rejection during review.
